Guest guest
It seemed like the butter we made using a blender got this cheesey smell faster than butter made with slower less metal methods. I'm not sure, but so far, I'm fine eating all kinds of wierd butters & cheeses & yogurts from my own cows' raw milk. I ate cheese today that was a MESS when I pulled it out from being aged in the basement. I simply cut off the icky parts and then it looked much better. It was sharp and interesting and I did not die - I feel good in fact! -Sally L > About 3 w/ends ago, I bought some raw butter, but it's starting to > smell like cheese. Guest guest
I just wanted to thank everyone who responded with ideas and suggestions. I wanted to make sure I can keep eating it. I eat cheese once in the blue, so I figured cheesy butter shouldn't be so bad. Popcorn, a great idea. I'll try it tomorrow w/ my daughter.
