I had been to physical therapy a few times in the last few years. My insurance

only ever covers 8 visits and it is quite apparent few know how to treat CMT

patients. On my first visit for a simple warm up they said lets start small go

and do 20 squats. I said there was no way I could do them. Next they said walk

up the stepper which was elevate high, and when I said I couldn't do that either

they said " come on you didn't even try " When I left there I was so sore and my

balance was so poor I could barely stay on 2 feet. I am wondering if anyone

else has had similar experiences and if anyone felt PT helped. What exercises

has helped and does anyone have and in home ones they do. Thanks

Andy
