Guest guest
I am an old hand at making yogurt and have been making milk Kefir for the last three months (I received the Kefir grains from a wonderful person from Independence, MO}. The next step might be to convert some of the milk Kefir grains to make water Kefir, but, I'd rather try my hand at Kombucha Tea, instead. From reading postings from the group and reading instructions and recipes, the process appears to be straight forward. I didn't find anyone from my area listed on the Worldwide Kombucha Exchange, so I am looking for someone in the Kansas City area that would be willing to give one of their Kombucha starter babies to me. I am willing to travel in order to pick it up at their convenience. I have my Kombucha baby car seat and nursery ready to go. Thanks in advance, SWE
