Guest guest Posted January 12, 2011 Report Share Posted January 12, 2011 hi lisa - ive learned my lesson... i have to stretch every single day, or i get pain and then i dont want to do anything, and it becomes a vicious circle. it is surprising how fast flexibility can leave us, but it is also surprising how fast it comes back when we are patient and consistent. there are some good stretch workouts out there -- for athletic stretching check out karen voight's new one -- 'full body stretch'! another really good one is 'AM/PM Stretch' with madeleine lewis (the dvd has 3 stretches on it -- am, pm and power - 80 mins of footage). :*carolyn.
