I bought Rebox adjustable weights that have 3, 6, 9.5, 12.5 pounds. I am very weak in my shoulders, though, so I kept it at 6 & 9.5 pounds mostly on this circuit since it was a huge shoulder workout. I am copying and pasting what Jen did, but adding my weights. Way to go, Jen! You did awesome with the weights you used!
