Hey Jen! I just finished this workout too with my new weights!!! I bought Rebox adjustable weights that have 3, 6, 9.5, 12.5 pounds. I am very weak in my shoulders, though, so I kept it at 6 & 9.5 pounds mostly on this circuit since it was a huge shoulder workout. I am copying and pasting what Jen did, but adding my weights. Way to go, Jen! You did awesome with the weights you used!

SUMO SQUAT WITH OVERHEAD PRESS 9.5 lbs

I will probably stay at these same weights for the next couple of weeks on the Burn Circuit. I may go buy me some 8 pound weights so I have something in between the 6 and 9.5.
