Guest guest
Hi I am relatively new to the group but a one year veteran at biomed. We did MB12 shots with my six year old daughter for five months last year with no noticable gains. We have now been doing MB12 spray for three weeks with some minor changes (may be less apraxic.) We have also started HBOT. Today we will go for her second dive. Do you think we should start Valtrex now or wait for a while to see how HBOT works? She got very stuffed up with sinuses and cold after her first HBOT a week ago. I am nervous to do the second one today. Any thoughts comments will be highly appreciated. Thanks Rima
Guest guest
Personally, I like to see cold symptoms. It typically means the immune system has found something to fight and has started the process. The only thing I would be concerned about is if a child with clogged sinuses should use a HBOT. I have no experience with this, so I can't answer that. I just know that people who dive have issues when they have clogged sinuses. Besides that, I see those symptoms as good signs and I would probably continue. I would wait until you stablize your child with HBOT before considering to starting Valtrex. Maybe wait a month or so. I would also consider pausing HBOT during the healing-regression. - Stan > > Hi I am relatively new to the group but a one year veteran at biomed. > We did MB12 shots with my six year old daughter for five months last > year with no noticable gains. Guest guest
Stan, thanks for the reply. I stopped HBOT for a whole week, my daughter was supposed to get 5 dives a week and only got one. Then a week later, we did 2nd, 3rd and 4th and wow no sinus block. We are resting for two days and then will do (hopefully) 4 or 5 dives next week. My daughter seems much better after the regression, better eye contact, engagement and noticing other people. I am going to start valtrex after a month. Hard to wait, but we will. Thanks again Rima > > > > Hi I am relatively new to the group but a one year veteran at biomed. > > We did MB12 shots with my six year old daughter for five months last > > year with no noticable gains.
