A minor caveat to this Discussion.....

Whose milk, Where?

When talking Raw, as truly only we are, you have to factor in the seasonal changes, and the biochemical individuality expressed by the different feeds in any milk/whey. There are even breed differences!

These numbers are truly Generalized Amounts, and if taken to a Lab would not be exactly the same. They put it on a carton of milk because it is mandated by Law that they do so, not that it is the honest-to-God actual Truth. In this case they are not lying, but just doing the best they can.
