Guest guest
Following are two sites that contain information about Alkaliods. 1. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alkaloid and 2. http://www.people.vcu.edu/~asneden/aklaloids.htm The first one from Wikipedia includes the fact that some alkaloids come from fungi. That would include mold. And the mycotoxins that mold produce would fit into this category. Mold is found growing in many of our buildings and homes. It is also found in many of our grains that we eat as bread and cereal. Consumption of foods and exposure to toxic mold in buildings can cause symptoms including hallucinations, but many other symptoms. The point I wish to make is to have each member on our list recognize that these symptoms some from more than exposure to drugs such as LSD/Cocaine, etc. Understand that morphine is an alkaloid and is given in hospitals for severe pain. It can cause the patient to hallucinate. Our family members have symptoms when exposured to toxic mold or when given pain killers such as morphine (even milder pain killers) are administered. We also stay away from grains such as wheat or corn. Possible some of you have heard of some autistic children who appear to be drunk following consumption of bread.
