Hello all,

A couple of queries from a set of patient notes - is " vridvåld " simply a

" wrench " or " sprain " , when used to describe a knee injury, or is there a

more specific English translation?

And can anyone help with expansion of " LS " in the following context,

please? It appears as a sub-heading in a the patient notes under " Status "

LS - this is followed by a paragraph describing the patient's physical

symptoms - no swelling, no tenderness to the touch, etc.

It seems to be a common enough abbreviation, as a quick web search reveals:

Akt med: Tabl Trombyl 75 mg 1 x 1. Status: At Gott och opåverkat. Ls Panna:

Ovan

hö ögonbryn finns ett T-format sår på c:a 3 x 2 cm.Såret blöder ymnigt. ...

I'm still short on ideas, though, so any help will be appreciated. It took

me a few minutes to click that " At " was " allmäntillstånd " !
