lightning sensations

Hi

Just wondering and I know I've asked this before, but my physiatrist is

seeing this continuing symptom and what it produces as further neuro

decline, instead of just a side-effect of the condition as I thought it

would be classified.

I get lightning bolt sensations (very painful) down my left leg whenever I

sneeze or cough (worse when I'm laying down or sitting.) They start to the

left of the bottom of my incision and run straight down to my heel. This

sensation (the pain) will stay with me all day and has even stayed as long

as three days. When this happens, I lose more and more sensation down my

left leg. It's a fairly deep loss and seems to be permanent.

Anyone else having this too?

Kathy
