Guest guest
DAWN!!!! Try Lasik or Laser Dentistry. I have horrific repercussions from exposure to noise, I found a very compassionate dentist that performs Lasik dentistry and the prices are pretty much the same as normal drilling. The laser still makes a kind of loud popping or cracking noise in your mouth but it’s very tolerable. I also use a pair of Sony noise canceling headphones and some relaxing music and I’m golden! FYI… depending on the compassion & talent of your dentist there will be a little of drilling but probably just for polishing the new filling. Good luck and let me know how you do. Don't know why it took me this long. I cringe at it...(and i'm sensitive too). I cry whenever I go or get tears in my eyes. There is no sound that could drawn that out for me....I'd rather have a colonoscopy or visit the female doctor than sit in the dentist chair. Guest guest
The Texas Children's Dental Universe Dr. Dutton 1114 14th Street N. Texas City, Texas 77590 I just wanted to share the name of this dentist. The staff & dentist are wonderful with special needs children. My son is Autistic/SPD and they were wonderful with him. So, if you are looking & they are close, you should give them a call. I know that there is a waiting list of several months, unless it's an emergency, so call ASAP if your child needs a checkup.
