We are using both with great success. Our DAN initially began with

LDN then added in Valtrex. I'm sure that others can advise on this

issue. By the way, we saw more gains with Valtrex.

We see folks start Valtrex and then go add LDN and I have read in other groups

people

starting LDN first.

If your child has viral issues, I would start Valtrex first. LDN isn't not as

likely going to get

herpes viruses under control as Valtrex would. I would start with Valtrex and

add LDN in a

month after the Valtrex healing-regression ends.
