Advice when seeing Endocrinologist

I have an appointment soon to see an endocrinologist, and I was hoping

for advice on what test to request or what to ask. I do have a

flattened pituitary, and from previous tests I know that my anti-

diuretic hormone and DHEA are low. I don't know if this doctor is

familiar with Chiari, so I feel like I need to be prepared.
