> Mit Solutio Castellani **cum fixum**

Lloorenç,

Couldn't that possibly be a shortened form of caecum fixum?

fixed cecum

Sp: el ciego fijo;

Port: o ceco fixo;

Fr: le caecum fixe;

Dutch/Latin: caecum fixum

No André, there's no possibility for it. It's an image of a foot being treated

for a superficial mycosis. It should be something as " with fixator " o " with

vandage " , or the like.

But thanks for your try.
