Guest guest
Dear Ones, I harvested all four pots on time and they were perfect, paler in color because I used nearly all green and white tea. My black tea brews are usually browner. They tasted almost as good as Dr. Sklenar's, Were both sweet and tart. The shaky table didn't seem to make any difference. I got four respectable scobies. Trevor Pyman's had a giant bubble on top and a lot of fairly big ones underneath. Dallas Dave's and my Sweet Ones made almost three-quarters of a gallon each, the other two, a half gallon. My son is already happier after drinking a lot of my brew for two days. it seems to be detoxing him fast. After carefully keeping my four strains separate, I have to confess that for the first time in ten years, they all taste alike. Wow. They are all delicious, but I will leave out that extra big spoonful of sugar next time I just put them in to brew last Sunday. Another confession, I can fianally believe that one could get a scobie without tea and sugar. I didn't rinse one gallon bottle, just left water in it. It grew several tiny scobies. Blessings on you all. LOve. MArge.
Guest guest
Hello MArge, I will be happy when I can get some white tea to try that combination, it sounds tasty. I've had to start over, so it will be a little longer before I'll be able to make extra with flavorings. audrey <snippet> I harvested all four pots on time and they were perfect, paler in color because I used nearly all green and white tea.
