Guest guest
Hi Amy, My appt. is with a physiatrist, and is Aug. 31. I didn't ask up front whether he has TSC experience, because I was just desperate for an appt. due to issues at work. I chose a physiatrist for the simple fact that I don't feel my PT is progressing very well (neither does my therapist, and my nsg isn't even signing and returning the paperwork she sends him). I just hope this physiatrist is helpful, and will work with me on PT. I'm still going to investigate the neurologist route though. It's becoming increasingly obvious to me that I will have to aggressively pursue all avenues of treatment, and not assume that some doctor will automatically refer me for what I need. So yes, I do plan on posting my impressions from my appointment, and hope to get feedback from everyone, as well. This is just to hard to go it alone. > > > Hello , and welcome.
