Guest guest
bottles in the fridge at all times. A pint a day isn't too much for me. This is keeping me from drinking sugary sodas and pure fruit juice. " Hi a, we drink Kombuchaed apple juice cos don't like the tea - we have it about 50% with mineral water and regularly clean out the yeasts that form on the bottom of the storage jar, by taking the Kombucha out, cleaning jar, then putting the K back in again. What sort of yeast formation do you get in the bottom of your K storage jar or bottle, when you use tea? Re above - are your profs. giving you carb counts for juice and warning not to drink it neat because of the sugar count? This has been happening in Oz for about 20 years - they say eat the whole fruit where poss., restrict juice and always water it down, say 50% apple juice to water. Background is the feed into obesity and heart disease. Interested in what you wrote, cos here one tends to assume that the 'juice watch trend' came from the States. best wishes, Lizzie in southern Australia
