For a while, that was happening to us too and I figured out that it was the

setting on my refrigerator that was causing it. The " Moister Control

Setting " was turned to off, then the milk seemed to clump up and chunks

floated on the top after we stirred it, as well as floating on top of my cup

of coffee too. I knew the milk wasn't bad, as nothing had changed on our

dairy. It did not happen to the covered milk can milk, only the open top

pour can. I know this would happen now and then and I thought the milk was

old, and needed to be fresher, so I am curious what other people say. I

have no idea on the science behind it regarding the moister control setting

on the refrigerator, and maybe I am way off on that theory.

I seem to have a strange problem. I buy raw milk

regularily. I use it for many things, including my

morning coffee. My morning coffee is warm (not

boiling) water, instant coffee, stevia drops and some

fresh milk. This morning I put it together as usual

BUT the milk seemed to clump up into these foamy

chunks that floated.
