Welcome Gail, I too am a new member - my name is Libby and would you believe - also live in Rio Rancho. I'm a grandma and greatgrandma. I am intrigued that you are finding raw goat's milk in the area - perhaps you could email me off-list and tell me where. I was thinking this might be difficult to find. I am hoping I find goat's milk palatable - we love the cheese!

Hi Gail and Libby,

We live in Albuquerque. We have a daughter who is three. We have a good

souce of goatmilk that we got off of the Real Milk website. My daughter

just went to the dentist and this is the first time she doesn't have any

cavities, I think from the goatmilk. Well, we are glad to see people in the

area!

Layla

Welcome Deb,

I'm in West Mi too. Grand Haven to be exact. Have yougotten any beef from Grassfield Farms in Lamont. They are pastured, hormone and antibiotic free. They also have eggs from pastured chickens and they make cheese from their raw milk. Too bad they don't have any cow shares. I drive North of Lansing for my raw milk!

Woops

I just read your other e-mail, No I haven' t ever heard of Grassfield Farms. I would like more information if you have it. What do they charge per pound? Do you buy a 1/4 or 1/2 at one time or just by the piece?

Sorry, to hear oyu have to go so far for your milk. Would you be interested in trying goats milk? It really is better for you than cow's milk.

Deb

ant-yeast but there are so many of these supplements out there and I

don't know which is which. I'll be grateful if you can point me in the

Hi a,

there is a file in the Files section of this yahoo group that has ideas about

constipation. Getting that sorted can be a very good first step. It could

possible make a difference with hyperactivity and sleep problems too. Also, if

your son has trouble falling asleep, melatonin can be a big help. Not as easy

to get in the UK, but there are ways.

Hi a, I would start with working on his constipation - look into

Oxypowder, get yourself a DAN! practitioner. see

www.treatingautism.co.uk for parent-recommended ones. Muscroft is

very good with the gut and loads of us use her. Also start thinking

about diet. Have you tried removing dairy or gluten?? Don't replace them

with soya or corn whatever you do. Read 'gut and psychology syndrome' by

Natasha -McBride. Keep asking questions,

Good luck,
