I am no expert on this by any means, but this is what I think. Kombucha

might very well be great for a pregnant or nursing mom if they have been

drinking it for a while before pregnancy. However if kombucha is really as

detoxifying as they say, starting it during pregnancy or lactation might

expose the baby to the toxins that the mother is expelling which would

probably not be such a good thing for the baby.
