Guest guest
It's a great comfort to at last find I'm not alone. Was quite young when I noticed the problem developing, perhaps around 5 years old and at 30 I still find it very difficult to talk about for fear of ridicule. Once a trigger is noticed it's impossible to focus it out without avoidance/masking. I don't know if this is what differentiates the problem from the norm, if it's the nature of the triggers or what - I guess I still don't fully understand it. Appears to be somekind of subconscious lock onto extraneous and meaningless things that leads to irritation then frustration then stress, anguish and so on. I just want to open up and start talking about this. Thanks
