Hi Barb,

In most cases you can tell very quickly. If it's for yourself, you should be

able to tell within

an hour (I'm talking about the spray). For a child, again you should notice

quite quickly. If

you read the reports from members in the group, most people can see gains in the

first

day.

Can it do harm? Well, anything you give to your child probably has some type of

risk

associated to it. It seems that if MB12 is not tolerated well, you also notice

that quite

quickly and once you stop the negative symptoms quickly go away. I've not seen

any

posts on any child who had anything but rare transient negative symptoms which

immediately went away when stoping MB12 or altering the ingredients or dosage.

Once you read more of the MB12 posts, you'll probably gain more confidence.

I do not have any experience with doing both SSRIs and MB12 but if it were me I

would do

a trial. I don't see harm in it. I've seen great things with people on other

meds who tried

MB12 and got off their meds because of the trial.

Just my opinion.
