Guest guest
Are any of your hospitals using the Triage BNP test (B-type Natriuetic Peptide) as a screening tool for CHF? Sutter Medical Center is looking into using this blood test to screen for left ventricular dysfunction. The BNP test more accurately reflects the final CHF diagnosis. We want to know if any of your centers are using this and what insurance companies will pay for it. Does anyone have a contact person at Medicare I can ask. Appreciate any information!
