Guest guest
You can definitely post our success with B vitamins anywhere you want. I do prefer to keep things pretty anonymous so I'd appreciate just leaving any personal information out. I hope the information reaches everyone it can help. One thing to note is that I don't think the blood tests for thiamin accurately reflect if kids' bodies are getting and using all the thiamin they need. My daughter's thiamin levels came back normal, even though she had so many signs of deficiency. When we supplement for B vitamins, despite the normal blood level, her constipation and related issues go away. > > , this was very helpful info...I noticed the same thing w/carbs as well. Been trying to up the B's for my kid using Springboard's TD Autistique cream which has B1 and B12 in it. So guess I am mentioning that that's an alternative to oral B vits BTW...think I just heard that Silsby also has a new TD B cream...need to recheck that. > > Anyway, would you mind if I shared your post w/another list? I'll remove any personal items w/in it. > > And W...been wanting to say what a nice job you have done in helping all of us...you are so kind and your info so helpful..thank you again for doing this. > > Nikki > > > Recently, I've been noticing that she has a lot of symptoms of > vitamin B1 (thiamin) deficiency, even though she gets more than 100% >
