Guest guest
Hi there. I have a nearly 3 year old son with autism (and a new diagnosis of global motor planning issues). We've been milk free for nearly a year, gluten free for nearly 6 months, and we're about to remove the last remnants of soy, simply because I've heard/read that kids with milk issues often have soy issues too. I've read somewhere that soy lecithin is fine. Is that true? He eats a few products that contain soy lecithin but no other soy, and I'd prefer to keep them if possible. Thanks!
