Don't know if anyone has answered your question. You just call Melin (medical

secretary) and tell her you need a room at the VH. She will submit all the

paperwork for it. Then 48 hours before you depart, you call Sharon @

. You should also call Denis, who is the caretaker @ .

That's it. It's such a nice haven from a hotel. There is a $25 fee. It is

no longer free due to increased costs of maintenance. You check in with Denis

first. He goes over all the house rules, paperwork, and a tour. Then, you go

to the cashier's office of the hospital and pay for your room. Simple. When

you check out you go back to the cashier's office to see if you have a refund or

balance.
