Guest guest
I've tried it all. Chilled, filtered water, fun cups, twisty straws, boxed water (looks like the juice boxes), you name it. My kid just hates the stuff; probably some sort of sensory thing. Sometimes you just have to get a little sneaky ;o) Donna H20 I am so glad you said this...cool cups and silly straws will also encourage drinking water...what is this business of koolaid and sugar stuff? Yucko. Guest guest
I would imagine anything in excess isn't good for you whether it's water, coffee, etc. I do have a water filter system on my faucet since our tap water isn't good here. Guest guest
Yes, I know they think I'm strange because they see me going so much. And yet it slowed down, like you said it is still twice as much as everyone else. It's all worth it > > It's been 2 or so years since I've been on this site. Guest guest
Yes it does equal out Dani. The constipation doesn't seem to go away with the water increase. But I had that problem before doing the BFL. Do you/or anyone have any recommendations as to a carb I can eat with my High Fiber cereal in the morning? > > It's been 2 or so years since I've been on this site. You might want to consider a magnesium supplement. I have a problem not because of how I eat, but something new because of a medication I need to take - and constipation is one of the side effects. Making sure you're getting enough dietary fiber is a good first step, but if that's not enough try popping a magnesium with your multi-vitamin every day. Magnesium is a main ingredient in many laxatives (Milk of Magnesia), but the supplement shouldn't have any extreme effects - some people with more persistent problems take a couple every day.
