Guest guest
Guys, I have been thinking this thought for a while. Don't know where my idea came from originally, but it may have something to do with the fact that tendons " stick " in their sheaths when we are dehydrated. I think that much of my pain comes from lack of water. Sometimes I get busy and don't drink water. I may even eat salty foods without drinking. Don't ask me how I can do that, but I do. Lately, I have been in a lot of pain. My back, ankles, just all over. I feel creaky. I made an effort to drink water, glorious water and now I am virtually pain-free. It works quickly, within hours. Doesn't do much for achy muscles if you strain them cleaning house, but it sure is effective for joint pain. Also, my brother, who is a runner, says that we *need* fat for the health of our joints. Makes sense, I guess, but I am too busy to try to think the chemical process through right now. Hope this helps. Marta
