Bev spoke well to the " feeling " humans may have that refrigeration is best

for SCOBYs, so I'll let that be. But I will add that thinking the SCOBY is

safest in the fridge is for sure a false sense of security.

I'm sorry if that's how I've been coming across, Robin.

I've actually been upset by the whole thing of commercial sellers telling

people that their KT isn't good enough, and I guess that's been slopping

over into my communication. I apologize.
