With BI, I've been limited as far as bike riding, anything bumpy, or

even walking on hard surfaces for a couple of years. Will I be able to

lighten-up a bit, relax and have some fun after fusion without feeling

so frail and frightened of injury? Currently, when I'm not having arm

pain or severe weakness, I can paddle a kayak for hours but, again,

there's no firm bumping involved in that activity. Believe me, I feel

very fortunate that I am able to enjoy being out on the water!
