Guest guest
I have to post this experience................I have been there and had an attorney actual bring something from a post I made to a chat group to a due process and tried to present it as evidence in my due process hearing. As it turned out I had not posted anything that wasn't the truth and had not posted anything that was sensitive to my hearing. I won't name the attorney who did this, but I feel sure any of you could guess who it might have been. It wasn't admitted, was ruled to be freedom of speech, and I don't think it made the opposition that happy. Be careful what you post, don't post anything untruthful, or anything that could be sensitive to any particular case but let ANYONE scare you from your freedom of speech or doing what is best for all special needs children. Keep up the good work....................
