Thanks Ed! wow, i have a lot of suggestions now to use. i dont

feel like reducing the KT as i am only taking a cup per day as it

is. but i guess i need to experiement. as for the coconut oil..some

think it clogs pores, and someone said it doesn't. maybe it depends

on the person? maybe also the time of day it is applied. i was

applying it in the night. but my acne definitly started after the

KT. so i might just take a break from the oil and then start

applying it again if/when the acne clears..and also in the day

instead of night. thanks for our tips on applying KT to the face.

and i'll be drinking lots of water. will let you guys know what

happens. thanks.
