I don't know about " very quickly " . Besides immediately improving my energy

and other effects related to energy, what I noticed was about 3 months

after I started drinking, my moles were shrinking. And have continued

to. Some have dried up and gone away entirely. The only way to know if

you'll have this effect is to try drinking KT regularly for several months.
