Guest guest
Dear Beth, When we filled out our paperwork from TCI, we checked the box and put an " S " next to it to remind us it was a " sometimes " answer. The questionnaire should include the following for ways to answer each question: " A " - for " always or most of the time " " S " - for " sometimes " " R " - for " rarely " " N " - for " never " I don't know about you, but my symptoms (and that of my children) are not always constant throughout the YEARS. So a symptom may rear its ugly head for a while, but it isn't what we are currently dealing with. Whether they needed to know, who knows ... We assumed that it was a " if you ever had this happen " type of questions. Hopefully we did it right. May tomorrow bring you much love, kindness, relief, compassion, and understanding!
