4:00 – 4:30 family to family networking and sharing

Families of children with out disabilities put their child in public school so they can graduate and become successful, contributing, and valued members of their community. This should be no different for a child who has a disability. Join us for a round robin discussion that looks at possibilities and helps identify positive outcomes at the end of a child's educational career. In addition to the discussion we will watch a short film that highlights the lives of individuals who have dared to dream.

Every style of person centered planning is rooted in a person centered way of thinking.

It is made up of a set of value based skills that result in seeing a person who has a disability

differently and give us a way of acting on what is learned to develop a personalized plan – a

plan that focuses on short and long term goals that will enhance the quality of life of the

person, regardless of age, and their families over time.
