Guest guest
Stan - When you changed your son's diet, how long did it take for you to start seeing improvements in his overall appearance i.e. reduction of dark circles under eyes, better facial color. Am curious how long it takes for the body to rid itself of the IGG food markers once you stop giving them. My son has 32 IGG food markers (ugh) the highest being +2 -- garlic, grapefruit, bananas, onion, eggs. I stopped feeding him all of the IGG food markers and am curious how long it will actually take for the effects of the foods to get out of his system/gut. He was a once/twice a day banana kid. Hope I'm making sense. Martha
Guest guest
Hi Martha, You could tell the diet was working in about a week. The first few days were no fun, but then the gains came. I'm not sure about how long the IGG markers stay. I've been told a few months by respected people at the labs, but that doesn't seem to be the case IMO. I've seen kids who don't eat the food let alone leak it still show with markers 8 months later. The immune system calming down seems to be quite quick, but the memory or actual marker on the panel seem to take a longer time. Try to remember there are two disciplines to be concerned about. IGG leakage and foods that feed bacteria. You can remove the leakages but still be feeding with grains and starches and be feeding bacteria. If you haven't seen results in a couple of weeks, I would start thinking you're missing something. Look past the IGGs and take out foods that feed bacteria and fungus or foods high in oxalates. - Stan > > Stan - When you changed your son's diet, how long did it take for you > to start seeing improvements in his overall appearance i.e. reduction > of dark circles under eyes, better facial color. > > Am curious how long it takes for the body to rid itself of the IGG > food markers once you stop giving them.
