U.S. EDUCATION SECRETARY DUNCAN TO VISIT HOUSTON & TEXAS A & M

U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan will travel to Texas on Friday where he

will visit Houston and Texas A & M, discussing the Obama administration's efforts

to promote excellence in American education. He will appear at more than a

half-dozen events attended at various points by students, parents,

superintendents, members of Congress and community leaders. Following are the

highlights of his public schedule.
