Guest guest Posted March 16, 2004 Report Share Posted March 16, 2004 So,Sadhana(its very hard for me,but i'll try) yaaaaaaaa,now i remember,it was Ina meena deeka... I remember in one of her earlier letters didi mentioned the dances n she n all of us were pleasantly surprised at her dancing abilities as she had never danced before...but that's the good thing bout sevagram..everybody discovers new talet there.....n then later when she came back for holidays we saw the pics from the practices n the final dance itself.. Ya,Saloni didi n her were pretty close...Infact they both were doin their residency when I was in my first year... Infact she had her daughter while at sevagram n she was delievered by our very own Chhabra mam.. So,I had a good time there. I had a home away from home... She got married to Sanjeev Panwar of '84 batch..They r both in Delhi now n have 2 kids...My niece is 6 n nephew is goin to turn 2 this may...shall definitely say hi to her from ur side.she'll b really happy... I.particularly.remember.one.duet.Shalini.did.on.a.Arabian.music-piece.Though ..it.did.not.get.a.prize.it.is.my.favourite.dance.till.date.-of.those.I.chore ographed.Do.ask.Shalini.to.drop.me.a.line.whenever.she.finds.the.time. I''ll definitely try to get them into being regular members..they r lazy bout mailing.. This group is kind of addictive actually...once u start it's difficult to stop...either that or I have too much time on my hands.. We r goin to Seoul on monday n there I'm definitely goin to speak to the koreans in hindi...the ones on the base know some english..so no use trying on them.. " Habiba " .Yep,Prashant.Shend ey.is.one.of.his.kind-He.is.a.marvellous.mind-blowing.dancer.Infact.though.h e.is.a.practising.Orthopaedician.in.New.Delhi.Shendey.still.dances!!He.learn t.bharatnatyam.during.his.senior.residency.days.and.also.goes.on.foreign.tou rs.as.part.of.a.dancing.troupe!!
