It is a powder that has to be kept refrigerated and can be put in juice or a smoothie. I just had some in milk (organic). Guest guest
Hi - We may have already had this discussion, but I think it's worth putting out there again. Yesterday, our chiropractor reminded us that the use of probiotics is important, not only because of its effect in the gut, but also of it's effect in the brain. The brain and gut are so closely related that when probiotics are used, many times improvement in brain fuction is seen as well as improvement in the gut. http://www.incrediblehorizons.com/digestion%20 & %20autistic%20children.htm http://www.mercola.com/2004/may/26/good_bacteria_autism.htm ~ Tracie
