Re: probiotics

I wanted to tell you a little more about probiotics and InLiven which is also a super food. It is a powder that has to be kept refrigerated and can be put in juice or a smoothie. I just had some in milk (organic). I've put a very good explanation of what it is an why it is helps your health and helps your body function.http://www.nurturingorganics.com/mivitality.pdfPlease let me know if you have questions.

Hi - We may have already had this discussion, but I think it's worth putting out there again.

Yesterday, our chiropractor reminded us that the use of probiotics is important, not only because of its effect in the gut, but also of it's effect in the brain. The brain and gut are so closely related that when probiotics are used, many times improvement in brain fuction is seen as well as improvement in the gut.
