Guest guest
It sounds fine to me, just keep going, mine do the same thing! Peace & Blessings, ~*~Akiba~*~ Pragmatic Visionary http://yodamamma.blogspot.com/ www.solay-twinflames.com My culture looks funny- bubbly?- please advise!! I just checked my brewing Kombucha and it looks different than my others have done (this is only my third or fourth batch. The best I can describe is it has bubbly spots or raised spots that are thicker than the others. In the past all my cultures were flat and smooth and white. This almost looks crusty like in some spots- does any of this sound familiar? I do not see moldy spots. The difference in this batch from the others is that I used black tea not green tea and I filled it more full (not measuring tea and water exactly) so the mushroom formed in a smaller area up near where the jar starts to thin out. What do you experts think?? Kari
