I haven't posted in awhile although I need some advice.

My husband and I have just about had it. Two out of three of our

children are driving us mad. I have OCD so it does not help.

My son (7) is diagnosed PDD.

My daughter (14) " mood disorder "

I'll try to be short and to the point. My son had a huge tantrum last

night over a simple " no " . The whole nine yards....hitting, kicking,

screaming, trying to throw things...etc. The tears were just rolling

down his face...his heart was beating a million times a minute. He

went to bed after a long while and then woke up and started again this

morning. I quickly gave him his med's and finally he's calming down

and quiet.

My daughter she's a different story.

She's medicated also and not on the autism spectrum.

I've been reading a book called the " bipolar child " because of my

daughters severe ups and downs. The book actually pertains more to my

son the more I read.

I need a fast fix to help these kids. I wish there was an overnight

positive diagnosis center somewhere. I'd try to be there in a moments

notice.

This behavior has been going on for years now...how much could a

person handle without going nuts?

Please send Advice and thank you so much!

By the way, we have been and continue doing all the proper things in

regards to these kids....psychiatrist at least monthly,

therapists...eval's...schooling....And Now I'm at the point of trying

to figure out these diagnosis myself to try and understand these kids.

My 11 yr. old is " typical " and he deserves an award. I just don't

know how to pay him for the appreciation I have for his good behavior.

(most of the time)

Thanks,
