Guest guest
Hello everyone, I have an appointment with Dr. Frim in Chicago on Jan. 10. I'm planning on taking all of my MRI's and EMG and evoked response test results with me. I'm wondering if there is any other information I should take? Should I ask my current nsg for any of his notes/records on my case? I'm feeling just a little stressed about this trip (I live in Indy), because I'm still recovering from my baclofen pump surgery on Dec. 12. So any and all comments and recommendations would be greatly appreciated. THe reason for the appt. with Dr. Frim is that I'm unhappy with the continued decline I've experienced since my detethering in June. I started becoming spastic in August, and had progressed to the point where walking was extremely difficult (hence the pump). I've also had numbness spread up from my feet to where both of my thighs are pretty much numb now. My nsg and neuro here in Indy just shake their heads and shrug-they don't have a clue. Many thanks,
