Anyone signing up for any Yahoo group have several options as to

reading/receiving the messages from that group.

These options are:

1) Individual e-mails (to a specific e-mail address).

2) Daily Digest (1 e-mail a day with all the posts of that group to a

specific e-mail address - IF there is a high volume of posts there

may be more than one " Digest " in the same day).

3) No e-mail (the individual has to go to the website to read the

posts at the site).

The Default being # 1 (individual e-mails) when you join any Yahoo

group.

IF you want to change the current settings for any Yahoo Group

(including this one):

1) Go to

http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups

and log in.

IF you are reading this at thefatmanwalking_group website look at the

top right of this page and use the link marked " My Groups " .

2) This web page window has the list of all your Yahoo Groups that

you are subscribed to using this log in. On this page find and click

on the tab in the upper left area " Edit My Groups " .

3) This web page givs you the option(s) to individually change for

each Yahoo group.

a) Your Yahoo profile (for that group).

B) Your e-mail delivery address.

c) Your message delivery (the message options stated above).

d) Leave Group.
