Any experience with Trane CleanEffects?

Colleagues:

A physician just asked me about the Trane CleanEffects system, which has

new, patented technology. According to the Web site

CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate) = 1200. (!!!)

Device generates a tiny amount of ozone that can be 3 ppb in the house

itself. The device appears to be a variation on an electrostatic

precipitator; but you maintain by a vacuum or rinse every 3-9 months,

which is unlike the precipitators.. It is NOT on the CA list of ozone

Any experience with this unit? Other comments?
