Guest guest
The dosing for Dyflucan that I went by was: 50mg for under 50 lbs (typically 3 to 5 years old) and 100mg for over 50 lbs (typically 5 to 10 years old) and up to 200 mg for > 10 years old These were suggestion from Dr. O'Hara. For long term use of any antifungal don't forget to do liver enyzme tests every couple months just to be safe. - Stan > > I might be able to get my pediatrician to call in diflucan for my son.
