Here are my three questions:

First, I'd love to hear any recommendations for plantar fascitis (?

spelling).

Second, what's the latest on healing poison oak/ivy?

And third, after hearing people extol the value of colloidal silver,

I've started making it, using it, and giving it away.

Could someone tell me how to get on some good list serves on the subject?
