Kathy,I'm so sorry for what you are going through. Just to let you know, is far from our favorite vendor too. I have found her manipulative and almost rude at times. I've found her follow-up as well to be lacking if it does not directly benefit her....she's about on par in my books as a manipulative used car salesman. That being said, she is the only way to get accurate info on this stuff...including statements from DK. With that in mind, I used info to our group to get the response I did....it pushes her just a tad bit more when she thinks the info will benefit a group that has made substantial orders.In regards to your situation, I personally want you to get this resolved....If we can somehow put the groups weight behind this request so you can get some answers, for your situation and the others behind you. I'd say e-mail again and say that you and the group would like this responded to, 2 months should be a sufficient enough time to respond.
