Guest guest
I need to make an apology to the office staff at TCI. It was brought to my attention that my response to a post regarding frustrations with the office staff at TCI was not warranted. I never meant it to be malicious and I am very upset that it was taken that way by the TCI office staff. I was just agreeing that there can be some frustrations and it was nice to know I wasn't alone. I never mentioned names or the situation. It was just the timing and poor judgment on my part. I was still very upset. I am sorry that TCI was offended. It was not my intention. I can tell you that I have been to TCI many times. I have seen my sister through 3 major surgeries and all of the follow ups and pre - op appointments. It was great. She never had any problems at all. I highly recommend TCI and always have. I was just frustrated with not being able to secure an appointment because I had a HMO. Even when I offered to set it up as a self pay. I needed to get the appointment date so I could start working on replacing all 5 of my doctors who will not take the HMO ( they are in the military treatment facilities). I then could up-grade to my PPO with one phone call in time to get approvals and be seen under my PPO. I understand that TCI was , and is, looking out for my best interests and for that I thank them. Sincerely. As I have said before, " People with brain issues are not who they normally would be. We don't always make the best decisions or perceive things as one might normally do. " . I hope my apology is accepted. Sincerely, Lynn kson
