Sports Panel Presentation 7pm to 9pm

Challenge

Air, Fitness for Kids, Angel League, as well as other sports organizations that

specialize in offering organized sports and fitness programs for children with

developmental disabilities will present information on their programs, how they

are organized. They will explain the benefits and importance of exercise for

our children and answer questions regarding the programs.

Self-Advocacy Group Teens (7th Grade

and up) & Adults with Autism.

7:00 to 9:00pm September 7th, 2010. Participants will

learn about autism and its’ effect on their lives while developing a

great appreciation for their individual gifts and talents. It is important that

participants know they have autism. Several teachers and adults with autism

facilitate the group activities. Bring an object, book, picture or other item

that represents their talents, gifts and interests. Bring $5.00 to pay for

pizza, snacks and soft drinks. For more information please call Call Diane
